		<description>it&#039;s even more fun when you&#039;re not using a well-established CMS like Wordpress, and instead you&#039;re using your own custom-written code.  comment spam becomes a nightmare then.  I&#039;ve slowly adapted to it over time, but it&#039;s still a problem.</description>
